Learn more about Clear Chattanooga!

Clear Chattanooga’s work began in 2013 after the City signed its Consent Decree agreement with the Environmental Protection Agency, the State of Tennessee and the Tennessee Clean Water Network (TCWN).

The program is part of the City of Chattanooga’s Wastewater Department which provides services to residents and businesses within Chattanooga and provides services to cities in the region through agreements with those cities.
