Learn more about Clear Chattanooga!

The Clear Chattanooga Program began in 2013 after the City signed its Consent Decree agreement with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the State of Tennessee and the Tennessee Clean Water Network (TCWN).

The Clear Chattanooga Program is implemented daily by the City of Chattanooga’s Wastewater Department which provides services to residents and businesses within the City of Chattanooga and its 9 Satellite Regional Customers.
